Our client is seeking a Management Accountant who will take ownership of the following :

  • Craft monthly management accounts and financial reports with precision and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely on budgeting and forecasting initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills to drive informed decisions.
  • Lead financial audits, identifying opportunities for procedural enhancements and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain financial statements, providing management with comprehensive insights for strategic review.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource, offering guidance and support to senior management for both short-term and long-term decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of accounting data, diligently correcting any discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Actively contribute to strategic planning efforts, championing fraud prevention measures and contributing to budget development processes.

Profile

  • Degree in Accountancy or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Progress towards a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), showcasing your commitment to advancing your career.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office tools, enabling you to navigate complex financial data with ease.
  • Meticulous attention to detail coupled with an analytical mindset, allowing you to uncover insights and identify opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
