Management Accountant - Inizio : Job Details

We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Management Accountant on behalf of our client who are wanting an individual ideally with 2-5 years management accounting experience and who is qualified by experience.

The Role:

The role of the Management Accountant will be to assist with financial and statutory requirements within the finance department, cashflow reporting, month end analysis and reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking after 3 small subsidiaries: VAT reconciliations and VAT return submissions
• PAYE/NI/CIS reconciliations
• Pension contribution submissions
• Month end ledger and nominal analysis for account preparations
• Journal entries, accrual and pre-payments
• Monthly management accounts support
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Fixed assets and depreciation posting

You would also have Group responsibilities:

• Group cashflow consolidation and cashflow forecasting
• Assist with Budgets and rolling forecasts
• Month end reporting
• Assistance with compliance auditing and year end audit

The successful candidate will have the following skillset:

• It is essential that you have manufacturing industry experience
• Qualified by Experience, with at least 2 years’ experience within a similar industry sectors
• IT literate, specifically in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to foster strong and collaborative working relationships at all levels
• Able to process information accurately, quickly and logically
• Experience of working within the construction industry would also be advantageous
