Wow -- Are you an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant looking to fast track to a number 1 in finance role over the next 4 - 5 years?? Previous experience as Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant - understanding and experience of month end close.

AAT or an Accountant & finance degree - ideally someone already studying toward ACCA or CIMA.

Excellent Excel skills and confident analytical ability.

Confidence when discussing financial info with a non finance audience - a team player who will enjoy getting out into the business and building friendships.

Understanding of manufacturing / an environment where stock is a key consideration ideally.

Ambition - this would suit someone hands on but with genuine appetite to step into a Head of Finance / FD role in a growth SME.
