We’re looking for a Support Worker to work with a young man who loves walking, hitting the gym, and making the most of the great outdoors.You’ll be supporting a fun-loving, active young man who thrives on staying fit, exploring outside, and having a good giggle. Your day could include:
- Going for walks and enjoying the fresh air
- Supporting gym visits and encouraging fitness goals
- Planning outdoor activities and mini adventures
- Sharing plenty of laughs and friendly banter along the way
- The client is a 19-year-old male living in his own home with an acquired brain injury, whom you will be supporting on a 1:1 basis to access social activities
- The client requires rehabilitation assistance and support in the community
- The client is chatty and bubbly and would love someone with a similar personality supporting them with outdoor and indoor activities
Successful Applicant:
- Must have at least 12 months experience in complex care settings
- We require someone who drives and has access to a car (can accept manual or automatic)
- We would love someone who is bubbly, engaging, with great communication skills, and a kind, caring nature
