Job Location : Woking, UK
The starting salary for this position is £20,733 per annum based on a 36-hour working week, pro-rata for part-time hours. Enhanced rate of pay is available for working weekends and bank holidays.
We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and energetic Maintenance Worker or as we call them in Surrey Handyperson to join our expanding team. This role will be split across two of our Woking homes: Ruth House and Woodlands which are approximately a ten minute drive from each other. We can offer flexible hours for this position, so whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, please get in touch and we'd be happy to have a conversation about what that looks like!

Our Home
Our children's homes support children with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. We work together to meet the needs of our looked after children between the ages of 11-18; creating a stable foundation which will prepare them for the next stage of their lives.
About the role
As a Handyperson with us, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, safety and security of the building and grounds; carrying out checks and minor repairs as necessary to ensure our homes remain safe and well maintained for the children. We want our homes to be exceptional for the children we are entrusted to care for. It's what we strive to provide and what our children want and need.
