Maintenance Technician - Nigel Wright Group : Job Details

The CompanyWorking on a 2-shift pattern (earlies and lates) with a competitive salary up to £45,000.This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with experience in high-volume manufacturing to work for a globally recognised and profitable business.The manufacturing plant has seen extensive investment in automation, new equipment and the training/development of the Maintenance Technicians, to continue to deliver a high-quality product to a global customer base. The RoleMaintenance Technician is responsible for - 

• Responding to breakdowns across all machines on site
• Carrying out fault finding activities around the plant
• Maintenance of robotics, pneumatics and hydraulic systems
• Completing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities in a timely manner
• Involved in Equipment Commissioning and Installation Projects
• Support in the maintenance of robotics across the production facility 
• Working a 2-shift pattern, Monday to Friday with opportunity for overtime 

The PersonMaintenance Technician will have - 

• Completed an approved multi-skilled apprenticeship
• Experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician having worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Experience fault-finding and root cause analysis
• Highly motivated and the commitment to provide a high-quality maintenance service
• You will be confident in your abilities and be able to work well within a team
• Continuous improvement mindset, supporting the generation of practical engineering solutions
