Maintenance Plumber - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance plumber in Birmingham. You will join the Mobile division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out.

This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hour week, In return you will receive:

• Salary up to £30,000 - £32,000per annum
• Monday to Friday(6AM-3PM and 1PM-10PM) 40 hours per week 1 hour lunch break
• Over time available
• 23+ 8 days' holidays
• Tools provided,1 in 6 call outs rota
• Parking on site, free parking available
• DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential

Requirements:

• NVQ level 3 will be in plumbing or pipe fitting
• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Duties / Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites. Basic plumbing, working with air handling units and heating and hot water.

• NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or Equivalent
• Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems
• Previous Pipe Fitting Duties
• Worked on Steam Systems
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Water temperature checks
• Fire alarm testing
