Job: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Newcastle

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

Are you a qualified Maintenance Plumber who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling different projects on a day to day basis?

Randstad Solutions are working with an up and coming facilities management company, who are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within existing Facilities Management contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise maintenance and repair tasks to meet agreed-upon timescales, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary paperwork.
• L8 tests.
• Inspection of drains and systems.
• Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within the specified timescales.
• Perform Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, completing associated paperwork.
• Participate in an on-call rota.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Plumbing NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds
• Full UK drivers licence
• Eperience working within a Facilities Management environment
