Maintenance Planner Administrator - Accountability Recruitment : Job Details

We're working on the behalf of a well-established facilities management company based in the outskirts of Petersfield. You will have the opportunity to get involved with Proactive Planned Maintenance for a range of clients, working with Technical Managers, Engineers and Helpdesk Teams to ensure works are planned and carried out as efficiently as possible.

Duties will include:

• Planning maintenance works for engineer teams, checking works are completed to agreed time scales
• Ensuring all planned attendance dates are logged onto the software, ensuring access notes are noted on each job, updating client portals where needed
• Completing Engineer Activity sheets - ensuring all assigned works are listed and prioritized, checking work levels are appropriate and any required arrangements have been made
• Requesting parts needed for jobs
• Liaising with Engineers to ensure issues are dealt with in a timely manner
• Ensuring Reports and Certificates for maintenance are provided to clients

This would suit anyone with any prior scheduling / maintenance / project planning background, however the company can consider those with no experience in the field, but strong administrative experience or desire to learn.

Hours are typically 8.30-5 / 8-4.30 with half an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday. There is also an element of occasional weekend working, answering engineer call outs, typically 1 weekend out of 7 or less. You will need your own transport, due to lack of public transport links in the area.
