Gas Maintenance Manager - £55,000 to £60,000Full Time | Permanent | Facilities Maintenance
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Maintenance Manager to join one of the South East’s most respected commercial facilities maintenance and building services providers. The RoleAs Gas Maintenance Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of gas-related services for a key client, ensuring compliance, quality, and safety across planned and reactive maintenance. Based in the Stanford-le-Hope head office, you’ll play a central role in maintaining high standards and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a key client’s gas maintenance portfolio
Overseeing PPM schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance
Quoting, pricing, and reviewing maintenance works
Supporting engineers and office staff with technical guidance
Assisting with accreditations and safety standards
Acting as the key point of contact for all gas-related issues
Ideal applicants will demonstrate:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Gas or Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of gas safety and compliance regulations
Previous experience managing gas services, ideally in a facilities or multi-site setting
Technical expertise across systems such as boilers, ducted vents, flue fans, heating pumps, interlock systems, and hot water supply
Solid leadership and communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach
Competency using maintenance management software and tools
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (flexible based on workload)
