Maintenance Manager - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing business based in Swadlincote to recruit a Maintenance Manager.Salary: c£55,000

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of skilled maintenance engineers, overseeing preventative maintenance programmes, and leading both Capex and Opex projects across the site.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager will include:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance policies and procedures
• Lead, support and train a team of maintenance technicians
• Manage and deliver capital and operational expenditure projects
• Oversee equipment upgrades, installations and repairs

We are keen to speak to Maintenance Managers who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role within manufacturing or engineering
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A methodical approach to planning and prioritising workloads
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS)
