Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and transport services which will see you deploy available resources to support the service users and staff at the site.
You will organise and implement a planned preventative maintenance schedule which will see you prioritising curative maintenance and repair services, and optimise standards, availability and performance for the hospital's equipment, buildings and grounds.
You will be responsible for ensuring the equipment and facilities are well stocked and fit for purpose, which will see you will regularly conduct audits to identify and prioritise curative maintenance and repair services.
As the Maintenance Lead, you will manage the operation of the hospital vehicle, cost-effectively and efficiently to best meet the transport requirements. You will need a Full UK Driving License.
