This business is planning ahead to strengthen its technical teams and they are creating the opportunity for new engineers to learn the sites, equipment and processes while being supported by established colleagues. What you'll be doing:

• Working as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer across a 4 on 4 off Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 - 18:30 and 18.30 - 06.30 (blocks of 4)
• Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production lines
• Conducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Supporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actions
• Coaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skills
• Supporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspective
• Managing contractor activity and issuing Permits to Work
• Working closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systems

 Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: £55k (inclusive of shift allowance)
