Maintenance Engineer - SEE RAIL LIMITED : Job Details

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of planned and reactive building fabric repairs across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship, excellent customer service, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks including Minor carpentry, Plumbing repairs, Decorating tasks and General fabric repairs
• Carry out quoted works and provide simple quotations when required
• Schedule and complete remedial works to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using worksheets and computer systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
• Travel between multiple client sites (company van provided)

Skills of a Maintenance Engineer:

• Previous experience in a building fabric/maintenance role
• Basic skills across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting)
• Knowledge of M&E environments is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Full, clean UK driving licence
