• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of processes, escalating safety issues as needed.
• Conduct and follow dynamic risk assessments for non-standard tasks.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and support quality improvement projects.
• Operate manufacturing processes to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.
• Motivate apprentices and identify solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Maintenance EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical 18th Edition
• Proven experience of working in a maintenance and facilities management role
• Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulics
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
