Maintenance Electrician - Days Based

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £32,840 + Pension + OvertimePermanent days, 7am-3:30pm Monday - Thursday & 7am-12pm Fridays.

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading FMCG manufacturer, a growing and supportive organisation. The Company are extremely well established and is a secure manufacturing group. They are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share.

Key Skills

• Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical Engineering
• Experience of PLC systems & Automated machinery
• Experience in an industrial manufacturing production environment

The Role

The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on machinery and equipment in a manufacturing and production environment. There are also controls from various manufacturers, including PLC's, Servo motors/ drives and inverter drives. There are also milling machines, lathes, CNC machines on site. The Electrician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and identifying electrical problems.

There is a wide variety of machinery offer to work on, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
