Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to provide sickness cover at a site based in LS26. This is an immediate start role for an initial 2-week period, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee planned maintenance activities across the site.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Respond to maintenance queries and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Support the facilities team with general coordination duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance coordination or facilities support role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with planned maintenance systems or software is desirable.

Salary : 12.5 - 14
