Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to provide sickness cover at a site based in LS26. This is an immediate start role for an initial 2-week period, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee planned maintenance activities across the site.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Support the facilities team with general coordination duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance coordination or facilities support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with planned maintenance systems or software is desirable.
