Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our mailroom team, your role will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Represent our organisation professionally at all times, delivering outstanding service to clients and visitors.
• Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail with precision and care.
• Client Interactions: Handle inquiries face-to-face and over the phone, ensuring all client needs are met promptly.
• Document Handling: File and retrieve documents using an established filing system, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
• Courier Coordination: Book and receive courier items, ensuring timely delivery and tracking.
• Archiving: Process archive files and track signature movements using our onsite computer systems.
• Flexibility: Take on additional duties as required by the Operations Manager or Client, adapting to the needs of the day.
