Machine Operator / Setter – £33,750 Bonus | Poole | Permanent

We’re working with a leading manufacturer in Poole, who is looking for a skilled Machine Operator with good mechanical knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Set & run thermoforming machinery
• Carry out tool changes & basic maintenance
• Operate linked equipment (extruders, blenders, punch units)
• Ensure product quality & smooth production

What we need:

• Mechanical aptitude & hands-on machine experience
• Background in manufacturing/production
• Safety, teamwork & problem-solving mindset
