Machine Operator – Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Process Operator to join our clients manufacturing team in Chester. You’ll be trained to operate various machines – including rolling mills, slitters and saws.

What you’ll be doing:

• Hitting daily production targets
• Spotting and reporting machine faults
• Ensuring machinery is set up correctly
• Keeping accurate production records
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following all company procedures and systems

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy engineering setting
• MUST have a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Reach FLT licence – desirable

Pay & Perks:

• £12.21 p/h basic 25% shift premium = £15.26 p/h
• £28,500+ annual salary equivalent

Shift Pattern (Rotating 2-weekly):

Week 1: Mon–Thu 05:45–13:45, Fri 06:00–15:00

Week 2: Mon–Thu 13:30–22:15

Flexibility to work both shifts is essential.
