A leading M&A Advisory firm is seeking a talented and driven M&A Associate to join its Specialty Finance & Banks team in London. As a Senior Analyst or Associate, you will:

• Play a central role in executing M&A transactions
• Build and oversee complex financial models and analyses
• Prepare valuation assessments and pricing strategies
• Create pitch materials, CIMs, and management presentations
• Lead due diligence and industry research efforts
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
• Engage directly with clients and help build long-term relationships

• 4+ years of M&A execution experience or 4+ years in finance/accounting
• Experience in financial services advisory
• Exceptional analytical, modeling, and communication skills
• Strong client management and teamwork capabilities
