Our client is a leading US investment bank.

We are exclusively partnered with them to hire a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their Healthcare M&A team in London. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in executing M&A transactions across a wide-variety of Healthcare sub-sectors: including Healthcare Services, Pharma, BioTech and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in Healthcare M&A advisory (between three to five years of full-time experience)
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
