M&A Associate - Digital Infrastructure - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

Pearse Partners has partnered with an international IB looking to expand their TMT M&A team with an Associate hire. The team has strong deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will need to have infrastructure modelling experience and minimum 3+ years of M&A deal experience from another IB.

Key responsibilities:

·         Execution of transactions (M&A) across the TMT sectors

·         Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process

·         Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

·         Minimum 3+ years working in an Investment Banking environment within an infrastructure focused sector.

·         M&A full deal lifecycle experience

·         Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset

·         Excellent verbal and written communication
