FLEXBLE WORKING, great commission scheme and selling properties over £600k!

Working on a self-employed basis, with uncapped earning potential. This is a remote position but does require going to visit the properties within the Liverpool (Merseyside) area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients
• Carrying out valuations
• Responsible for own lead generation by prospecting for new business
• Generating and carrying out market appraisals
• Listing and marketing properties
• Generating and carrying out viewings
• Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion
