Talent Guardian are recruiting for an exceptional Luxury Personal Shopper to join a high end brand on a six month fixed term contract. This role blends personal shopping, specialist sourcing and premium client care, perfect for someone with experience in luxury environments and a strong background in procurement and purchasing.The RoleAs a Luxury Personal Shopper you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing and coordinating high quality goods and services to meet bespoke client needs. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams and management to ensure every request is delivered quickly, efficiently and to the highest luxury standards.Key Responsibilities• Manage the purchasing system to ensure fast and efficient sourcing of luxury goods• Respond to purchase requests and client needs with accuracy and speed• Source items directly from stores when required to meet urgent or bespoke client demands• Ensure all items are received on time and in perfect condition• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams• Process invoices accurately and raise purchase orders• Coordinate premium packing and shipment of items, including specialist or hazardous materials when needed• Support tailored requests such as sourcing items for children’s entertainment areas and bespoke client experiences• Maintain accurate administrative records including stock control and invoice processing• Undertake additional tasks as requested by management within the scope of the roleWhat You Will Bring• Proven experience in procurement or personal shopping within a luxury brand• Strong sourcing skills and an exceptional eye for quality• Competent in Microsoft Office tools• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail• A solutions led and analytical mindset• Ability to start immediately and commit to a six month contractIf you thrive in luxury environments and enjoy sourcing exceptional items for high expectation clients, I would love to speak with you.
