Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Academy in Hatfield, Hertfordshire - September Start - £90 to £115 p/day

Learning Support Assistant (LSA) role you will be an integral part of the classroom, supporting those with learning needs understand the curriculum and achieve the best of their ability. You will be proactive in supporting the teacher by adapting resources and teaching techniques based on the feedback you provide from working 121 with multiple students

**Key Responsibilities**

• Support teachers to create alternative learning options

• Give 121 support to students who may be struggling

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Prior experience with children is preferred but not essential
• Clear communication, a patient and professional attitude are key!
• Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
• Strong communication skills for building and nurturing connections
