• Plan and coordinate multi-modal transport (road, sea, air, rail) for both domestic and international shipments.
• Design cost-effective, compliant transport solutions with a strong focus on timing, safety, and efficiency.
• Ensure full visibility of shipments through tracking, communication, and proactive problem-solving.
• Prepare and verify essential documentation including Bills of Lading, Dangerous Goods Declarations, and customs paperwork.
• Ensure full compliance with UK and international export control laws, including HMRC and DIT regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, government bodies, and customers to deliver a seamless logistics service.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, negotiate contracts, and prepare accurate quotations.

About You:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Experience within Logistics Planning, specifically Freight Forwarding
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs compliance.
