Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the storage and deployment of event equipment efficiently.
- Handle the collection and delivery of food and equipment for various events.
- Oversee the management of catering hire orders.
- Ensure practical preparation for events is effectively handled, including problem-solving as needed.
- Work independently and interact directly with clients, providing exceptional service.
- Drive the company van as part of the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Full driving licence is essential.
- Experience in operations or logistics management, preferably within the events or catering industry.
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during busy periods, balanced with time off during quieter times.
