A fast-growing organisation is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to lead UK logistics operations and support regional expansion. If you have experience in MLM, retail, or e-commerce logistics and are confident using SAP MM/SD, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

• Manage inventory, warehousing, and fulfilment operations across the UK.
• Use SAP MM/SD to track inventory levels, returns, deliveries, and order flows.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners, local warehouses, and global logistics teams.
• Experience of imports, exports and customs clearance. 
• Optimise sample distribution and delivery KPIs.
• Develop efficient reverse logistics and returns processes.
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery, especially during peak periods.
• Monitor cost efficiency and stock rotation across all product lines.
• Support other logistics tasks as assigned by management.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a logistics or supply chain role within an MLM, retail, or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in SAP logistics modules (MM/SD).
• Knowledge of imports and exports. 
• Strong organisational, supplier management, and operational skills.
