Logistics Clerk - Source4 Personnel Solutions : Job Details

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Clerk to support their warehouse and logistics operations. This role involves a balance of administrative and hands-on warehouse duties, ensuring stock and orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £25,397

• Unload and check inbound stock deliveries, reporting any discrepancies to the Account Manager and client.
• Record stock accurately within the correct client area using Warehouse Management Software (training provided).
• Process client orders electronically with precision, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, following client-specific labelling, packaging, and barcode requirements.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety and environmental policies.

• Strong keyboard and IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
• Extended-reach forklift licence (preferred, training can be arranged).
• Numerate, literate, and highly organised.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting items up to 25kg and using “at height” picking equipment.
