• Inputting and maintaining accurate data across internal systems
• Supporting daily logistics and transport operations
• Coordinating with drivers, warehouse teams, and planners to ensure timely deliveries
• Producing delivery documentation such as manifests and proof of delivery
• Handling inbound queries via phone and email in a professional manner
• Monitoring delivery statuses and flagging any issues to relevant departments
• Filing and organising paperwork and digital records
• Providing general administrative support to the operations team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in an administrative role (logistics/transport experience is beneficial but not essential)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient IT skills – confident using Excel and internal systems
• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics sector
