Locum Senior Commercial Property Lawyer – Remote – Home Counties – Initial 3+ months – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with a well-regarded Public Sector Organisation, based in the Home Counties, who are seeking a Locum Senior Lawyer to join the team on an interim basis.

The Role:

Position: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

Rate: Up to £55 per hour umbrella

Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extension

Location: Remote – Occasional office presence is desirable

Hours: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, negotiate, and advise on all aspects relating to regeneration projects and commercial property work
• Advise and negotiate on projects involving external stakeholders and third party organisations
• Act as a central point of contact for legal advice to colleagues within the organisation
• Ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations

About You:

• An experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
• Experience of working within Local Authority or Public Sector organisations
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
• The ability to attend the office is desirable, but not essential
