 We’re urgently seeking a Temporary/Locum Legal Secretary to support a Personal Injury team in Greater Manchester. This full-time role is ideal for someone with solid typing skills and some experience in personal injury law.

Assignment Dates: 28th July – 20th August

Working arrangement: Hybrid – Remote working available after initial handover

Hours: Full-time

Hourly rate: Dependent on prior experience

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Typing from dictation
• Using standard templates and document formatting
• Supporting the team during a key staff member’s holiday

You’ll Need:

• Experience using Proclaim
• Strong dictation typing skills
• Basic understanding of Personal Injury processes

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

• Familiarity with e-sign platforms
• Experience using Mimecast
• General litigation knowledge
