What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients in a GP surgery setting. In this role, you will:

• prescribe for hypertension and minor ailments• carry out clinical screening and medicines optimisation• support long-term condition management• collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other clinicians to deliver holistic care• maintain accurate and compliant patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist• Independent Prescriber qualification• experience in GP surgery / primary care settings desirable• strong clinical decision-making and communication skills• ability to work autonomously and within a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
