Locum Childcare Lawyer – 3 months + – Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £55 per hour – Home Counties

Position: Locum Childcare Lawyer

Organisation: Home Counties

Duration: 3 months +with the likelihood of extension thereafter

Working Pattern: Full Time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, office attendance once a month

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have at experience in handling Childcare matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.

Duties may include:

• Managing a busy and varied caseload of Childcare cases to include all pre-proceedings, care proceedings and placement applications
• Provide specialist Childcare services and policy advice with an emphasis on the conduct of Public Law Litigation for the protection of children
• Advising client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law matters
