We are looking for a confident and experienced Locality Manager to join a Housing Association in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Job Title: Locality Manager Location: BirminghamSalary: £44k - £50k Working Hours: Full time - Hybrid Responsibilities of a Locality Manager:

• Lead tailored neighbourhood planning by using tenant insights, promoting community empowerment, and addressing local issues in collaboration with partners.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards while upholding the organisation's values across all services.
• Enhance visibility and engagement through local events, clear communication, and demonstrating how tenant feedback shapes service delivery.
• Monitor service performance to ensure value for money and co-design preventative solutions that promote tenancy sustainability and community stability.

What we're looking for:

• Experience managing projects and working across different team
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing others.
• Strong understanding of tenancy and neighbourhood management, including antisocial behaviour and safeguarding.
• Comfortable with budget management and reporting.
• Able to create a culture that focuses on tenant needs and continuous improvement.
