Local Government Housing, Investment Surveyor, Central London Pay rate £550 per day Contract role, Local Authority Housing  Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Investment Surveyors Central London. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting to be considered for this contract role. About the Role Westminster City Council is recruiting two experienced Investment Surveyors to join the Temporary Accommodation Acquisitions Team within the Housing Directorate.  This team plays a vital role in securing residential accommodation for use as temporary housing.  Key responsibilities include:

• Acquisition and leasing of private sector residential properties, including individual units and larger blocks.  

• Sourcing suitable stock and negotiating acquisition and lease terms.  

• Overseeing pre-purchase due diligence and preparing internal reports in line with governance requirements.  

• Conducting site inspections as part of the acquisition process.  

Candidate Requirements We are looking for professionals who bring:  

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or residential property transactions.  

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.  

• RICS qualification is preferred
