The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via live chat, email, and CRM systems. You'll deliver exceptional service, resolve queries, and help retain customers with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle live chats and emails across multiple insurance products
- Support new and existing customers with queries and renewals
- Retain customers considering cancellation by offering tailored solutions
- Meet KPIs and service level targets
- Stay up to date with product changes and compliance standards
- Identify and support vulnerable customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
What We're Looking ForEssential:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/live chat platforms
- Organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines
- A team player who's proactive and eager to learn
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services or insurance
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
- CII qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
