This is a rare opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to join a boutique firm and under the guidance of a highly experienced solicitor help shape the Litigation team. Their focus is Commercial Litigation – construction, property, employment and probate so experience in any or all of these would be ideal. This law firm operate a relaxed yet professional environment which would suit someone looking for a less conventional working environment.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

• Manage a mixed litigation caseload covering construction, employment, probate and employment
• Advise clients by phone, email, face-face of the options open to them based on law and their case and progress cases accordingly
• Build relationships with new and existing clients – there is plenty of ongoing and repeat business but networking and building business contacts is always appreciated

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with previous experience in Litigation as a Paralegal or Solicitor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and externally
• Good technical and relationship building skills (both internal and external)
