Our client is a forward-thinking Law Firm that are continuing to expand. Their Litigation team is known for its strategic thinking, client-focused approach, and success in handling complex disputes across a range of sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join their thriving practice.

As a Litigation Solicitor or Associate:

You’ll be working on a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including:

• Commercial litigation
• Contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Property litigation
• Civil fraud and asset recovery
• Regulatory and compliance investigations

You’ll manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision, contribute to business development, and work closely with partners and clients on high-value, high-profile cases.

The ideal Litigation Solicitor or Associate will need to be/have:

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales (2–6 years PQE preferred)
• Experienced in handling a range of litigation matters
• Commercially astute with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
• A confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to team success
