Role: Litigation Solicitor (Commercial & Civil) Location: Luton PQE: 3+ years Hybrid working: (Possibility at client’s discretion) Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Parking on site: Yes free parking on site Start date: ASAP Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor: Our Client:Our client are a renowned legal firm with a worldwide reach. • Independently manage a varied litigation caseload
• Advise clients on contentious probate, property dispute matters, and civil/commercial disputes
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
• Handle pre-action matters, disclosure, and court procedure
• Attend hearings and liaise with counsel as required
• Contribute to business development and client retention

About Candidate :

• 3+ years PQE (strong candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if they show solid ability)
• A confident litigator who can manage files from instruction to resolution
• Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Practical knowledge of the CPR and relevant litigation processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Committed to delivering high standards of client care
