The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s experienced dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including:

• Contract disputes
• Property litigation
• Debt recovery
• Professional negligence
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Contentious probate

You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the team’s business development efforts.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in general litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency

Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 DOELocation: Oxfordshire (with offices in Abingdon, Didcot, and Wallingford)Working Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
