About the Opportunity:CRA Consulting is currently working with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a Litigation Paralegal with a strong focus on Personal Injury and RTA claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy litigation team handling fast and multi-track claims within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a busy caseload of RTA and personal injury claims, from initial instruction through to resolution
  • Drafting legal documents, including pre-action correspondence, court documents, and witness statements
  • Liaising directly with clients, insurers, third parties, and medical experts to gather evidence and progress cases
  • Conducting liability investigations and assessing the viability and value of claims
  • Preparing files for litigation and supporting solicitors through the claims process and court proceedings
  • Negotiating settlements where appropriate and escalating complex matters to fee earners as needed
  • Using the firm's case management system to ensure accurate, up-to-date file records

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Prior experience in personal injury, RTA, or civil litigation work (essential)
  • Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation process
  • Experience handling or assisting on a high-volume caseload in a legal environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
  • A high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy legal team
