Line Leader - Contract Personnel Limited : Job Details

Contract Personnel Ltd are very happy to be recruiting an Experienced Line Leader on behalf of our valued client based in Brandon.

This is a Temp - Perm Opportunity for the right candidate

Duties: 

• You will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating the activities and productivity of the production line staff.
• Ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met. 
• You will monitor team performance, provide training and guidance where necessary.
• Ensure Health and Safety protocols and adhered to, reporting any issues or delays on the line to management.
• This role plays a key part in maintaining a productive, safe and team-oriented work environment.

Shift Details: 

• Mon - Fri - Day Shifts - you will need to be flexible with working hours during busy periods.

Pay:

• £13.91 - £17.39 per hour
