Light Vehicle Technician - Proactive Personnel Ltd : Job Details

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for a number of local authority sites throughout Derbyshrie with a specific focus on Chesterfield.

We are currently recruiting for 2 LGV mechanics (with MOT card advantageous) and a HGV technician.

We are looking for mechanics with experience in a variety of vehicles but specific dealership experience is definitely considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on local authority vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
• Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

To be considered for this role, you must have Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics or a similar level qualification.

37 hour week, No weekends.£15.25 per hour, £30k per annum.

08:00 - 17:00, early finish on Friday.
