Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Repair Manager in the London area.

 Responsibilities of a Lift Repair Manager:

• Carry out regular site monitoring.
• Supervise a team of Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Efficiently plan engineer workloads
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
• Coordinate repair projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

 Key requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations 
• 5 years of Lift Industry experience 
• Management experience  
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either / both Passenger and Goods lifts.
