Our client is a reputable multi-service law firm who are looking to expand their growing residential conveyancing department. On offer is the opportunity to be part of a great residential conveyancing team that thrive to offer to offer a friendly, positive, and efficient service for all clients.

Due to growth, they are now looking for a Conveyancer / Executive to join their South West. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for dealing with your own varied Conveyancing caseload, dealing with both freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases, transfers of legal title and re-mortgages. As well as interesting challenges dealing with properties in rural locations and property work from their private client department.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must be a capable residential property conveyancer with experience of managing a varied caseload and must be able to progress a diverse range of files independently. You will benefit from having previous experience with more complex cases, to include, transfer of parts, lease extensions, new builds etc.
