Are you passionate about helping young people overcome emotional and social barriers to learning? Hampton Gardens School is seeking a skilled and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our highly respected Achievement Support Department at Hampton Gardens School from September 2025, with a focus on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) support.
Our Achievement Support Department is a purpose-built, inclusive hub featuring:
You’ll be part of a dynamic team including a teaching SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, Assistant SENCo, Teaching Assistants (Levels 1-3), a Pupil Premium Mentor, and a SEN Admin Assistant. We are committed to student voice, emotional resilience, and inclusive education.

Actual salary (32.5 hrs/week, term time + 5 days): From £20,842 - £23,367
