Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Barnsley

Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in primary classrooms across Barnsley. About the Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences to pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Your duties will include assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities, providing targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, encouraging pupil engagement and managing behaviour, and helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working within a primary school setting

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting children's learning

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

• Flexibility and reliability to travel to different schools in the Barnsley area
