Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to support teaching and learning, helping students thrive academically and personally.

• Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson delivery and provide targeted assistance to students.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.

• Assist with behaviour management and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

• Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help implement individual education plans (IEPs).

• Help with assessments, progress tracking, and classroom organisation.

? Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).? Experience working with primary or secondary students in an educational setting.? A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.? Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.? A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to working with students of varying abilities.
